Beer Bread Meatloaf Sandwich

And here we are. The last monday in October for 2013.

This time next week everyone will be scrambling to start getting ready for Thanksgiving which is only one month away. Scary isn’t it?

There is so much to get done! So much to plan! Relatives to talk to, shopping lists to be made. Ok, ya’ll know the rest, we all know how it goes. Holidays are crazy. That’s the gist of it.

But in the midst of all that craziness we must find comfort somehow. And what says comfort more than a meatloaf sandwich? It’s easy, it’s quick, it’s hearty, and it’s absolutely man-tested delicious. And girl-tested.



Beer Bread Meatloaf Sandwiches

smoked gouda, or favorite cheese


Lather one side of a slice of beer bread with mayonnaise, and lay it down on a hot pan. Layer cheese, meatloaf, cheese, then other slice of bread on top. Lather mayo on top of side of bread. Flip when each side is golden brown, take off when cheese is melty. Once done add the lettuce.

**Tips: If the cheese isn’t melting, find a small metal bowl, big enough to fit over the top of the sandwich. Sprinkle some water on the pan then cover sandwich with the bowl. This will produce steam and will help the cheese melt.

    But, what about this? what if you added a little content?
    I am not saying your content isn’t solid., however what if you added a post title to maybe get people’s attention? I

    plain. You should look at Yahoo’s front page and see
    how they create article titles to get viewers interested.
    You might add a video or a related pic or two to get readers interested about everything’ve written. In my opinion, it could bring your
